So similar to the Tortilla Soup, but in this Stew we used brown beans in place of the black beans and we added potato flakes to the mix so that it thickens up a bit and becomes more like a stew. It has the same great taste, but the rich taste of the brown beans are present in this hearty south of the border taste. We like it with chicken or hamburger.
